Terms

Terms of Service

These terms explain how contractors may use Blueprint Leads during contractor access, trials, and paid subscriptions.

Contractor access

Blueprint Leads may approve, waitlist, or reject applications at its discretion. Features may change as the product is improved.

Contractor responsibility

Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of their company information, licenses, service areas, pricing, proposals, customer communications, and project documents.

Lead quality

Blueprint Leads is built to improve lead discovery and follow-up, but access does not guarantee a fixed number of leads, appointments, revenue, or closed jobs.

Communications consent

By applying or submitting a form, you agree to be contacted by Blueprint Leads by email, phone, or SMS about your application, onboarding, account, and related services. You may opt out of marketing communications.

Acceptable use

Users may not abuse forms, submit false information, scrape private admin areas, interfere with service operation, or use the product for unlawful activity.

Payment and compliance tools

Payment protection, notice, lien, tax, and compliance features are automation, document, deadline, and workflow support only. Blueprint Leads is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Changes

Blueprint Leads may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the product after updates means you accept the updated terms.
